Terms & Conditions
We make every order fresh and all our orders are subject to seasonal availability of produce and can take 3-5 days to produce and deliver.
Please ensure the correct contact details and shipping address is provided.
FEES
- All cost prices are shown are inc. VAT, unless specified otherwise.
- We charge the up-to-date prices as on the day of dispatch.
- We will always try and provide 1 months’ notice prior to any price changes, but due to seasonal produce price fluctuations, we do reserve the right to implement price adjustments without notice.

No delivery is made on weekends and public holidays – if your delivery date falls on a public holiday, your order will be delivered on the next delivery day thereafter.
Order Collection:
Should you be located within the Ballito/North Coast area, you are welcome to collect your order from our Factory Shop when it is ready!
Simply select the “Collect” option when placing your order and we will contact you via email to confirm your collection date.
Damages and Refunds
- Any defects/damages or short dated goods must be reported within 24 hours.
- We do not accept liability for any defects/damages reported after this time of delivery.
- Please send an email with your invoice number when reporting any problems with goods received to sales@nutrivita.co.za or call our customer care line on 032 648 0059.
- We are not liable for covering any damages, losses, or incorrect orders beyond that of replacing the goods, OR full refund, and will arrange the replacement with correct goods free of charge.
- We may request that you return damaged or incorrect stock to us and will credit your account for the cost of delivery (if any).
- It is important to understand that we use NO colourants, preservatives, additives, or pasteurisation. Our cold pressed juices, smoothies and frozen fruit products are made fresh and 100% natural and will stale if not kept frozen. We will not accept liability for items that have defrosted and staled.
- Frozen goods will retain freshness for up to 6 months. Once defrosted and opened, products need to be refrigerated and consumed within 3 days.
- Smoothies are to be consumed immediately after being made as some ingredients may brown over time and this may affect the taste.

Quality Guarantee
At NutriVita, quality is important. Every order is made fresh from locally sourced produce which is then pressed or blended and blast frozen to lock in all the good stuff. We provide you with delicious, nutritious and fresh products – delivered to your door.
Please read each product’s use instructions.
Products are delivered in double-walled insulated boxes so that they remain frozen for approx. 6 hours (out of direct sunlight). On receipt of products, place directly in a freezer and keep frozen until required.
We take no responsibility for products that have soured due to thawing and refreezing. or from incorrect product use.
Accepted Payment Methods
Payments may be made using Visa and Mastercard (via the PayGate payment gateway) or using Zapper directly to NutriVita. Payment is processed at checkout but banking details can be provided on request – contact info@nutrivita.co.za for further information.
Card Acquiring and Security
Card transactions will be acquired for NutriVita via PayGate (Pty) Ltd which is the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3), and no card details are stored on the website.
Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
Customer Details Separate from Card Details
Customer details will be stored by NutriVita separately from card details which are entered by the client on DPO PayGate’s secure site.
Merchant Outlet Country and Transaction Currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is the South African Rand (ZAR).
Responsibility
NutriVita takes full responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction process, namely the sales of goods and services sold on the website, customer service and support, dispute resolution, and delivery of goods.
Country of Domicile
The website is governed by the laws of South Africa and NutriVita chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.
Variation
NutriVita may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
