Ingredients:
- Cold Pressed Green Juice Blend (Apple, Pineapple, Cucumber, Spinach, Celery, Lemon), Apple, Avo.
- High in Vitamin C, Fiber and Iron.
Instructions
- Simply add a little water (30ml – 50ml based on desired consistency) when blending to yield a ±380ml/ 400ml smoothie.
- If the blocks in the DIY smoothie pack have started to melt, you can substitute the water for a few blocks of ice.
- Blend for a few seconds (or 1-2 minutes, depending on your blender) until the cubes been broken down and have combined.
Storage:
- Keep Frozen for up to 6 months.
- Once blended, consume immediately.
