Wholesale Terms & Conditions
All our orders are subject to seasonal availability of produce and can take 3-5 days from receipt of
order POP.
- A pro-forma will be sent as confirmation of your order and you will be notified of the date of dispatch and delivery. We require a full payment before we produce your order (COD customers).
- Please send your orders and proof of payments to orders@nutrivita.co.za.
- Orders received after 2pm will be processed the next business day.
- 7 or 30 Day accounts subject to credit approval. Please contact sales@nutrivita.co.za for account applications.
FEES
- All cost prices are shown are excl. VAT, unless specified otherwise.
- We charge the up-to-date prices as on the day of dispatch.
- We will always try and provide 1 months’ notice prior to any price changes, but due to seasonal produce price fluctuations, we do reserve the right to implement price adjustments without notice.
- We will only process your order once proof of payment is received, unless you have an approved account.
DELIVERY FEES
Prices exclude delivery, and are charged as:
- Durban & Surrounds : R 100.00 (ex VAT)
- Gauteng & Cape Town: R 300.00 (ex VAT)
- Free delivery applies to all orders over R 2 500.00 (ex VAT)
No delivery is made on weekends and public holidays – if your delivery date falls on a public holiday, your order will be delivered on the next delivery day thereafter.
PAYMENT TERMS
- All orders will only be processed once full payment is received, unless credit has been approved.
- Please email accounts@nutrivita.co.za if you have any account related enquiries.
- Accounts can be paid via EFT on receipt of a quotation/ proforma.
Damages and Refunds
- Any defects/damages or short dated goods must be reported within 24 hours.
- We do not accept liability for any defects/damages reported after this time of delivery.
- Please send an email with your invoice number when reporting any problems with goods received to sales@nutrivita.co.za or call our customer care line on 032 648 0059
- We are not liable for covering any damages, losses, or incorrect orders beyond that of replacing the goods and will arrange the replacement with correct goods free of charge.
- We may request that you return damaged or incorrect stock to us and will credit your account for the cost of delivery (if any)
- It is important to understand that we use NO colourants, preservatives, additives, or pasteurisation. Our cold pressed juices, smoothies and frozen fruit products are made fresh and 100% natural and will stale if not kept frozen. We will not accept liability for items that have defrosted and staled.
Please note that merchandising is your responsibility, and we will not accept returns if:
- Damaged goods are not reported within the time stipulated.
- Stock expires. Frozen goods will retain freshness for up to 4 months. Once defrosted and opened, products need to be refrigerated and consumed within 3 days.
- Smoothies and Blends are to be consumed immediately after being made or defrosted as some ingredients may brown over time and this may affect the taste.
Applications will be processed within 48 hours from receipt and you will receive an email notification with our latest pricelist and catalogue, as well as your customer number to be used for ordering and account enquiries.

Quality Guarantee
At NutriVita, quality is important. Every order is made fresh from locally sourced produce which is then pressed or blended and blast frozen to lock in all the good stuff. We provide you with delicious, nutritious and fresh products – delivered to your door.
Please read each product’s use instructions.
Products are delivered in double-walled insulated boxes so that they remain frozen for approx. 6 hours (out of direct sunlight). On receipt of products, place directly in a freezer and keep frozen until required.
We take no responsibility for products that have soured due to thawing and refreezing. or from incorrect product use.
Variation
NutriVita may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
