We like to keep things fresh—and that includes our policies.

At NutriVita, your satisfaction is just as important as your smoothie consistency. That’s why we handle returns and refunds with honesty, heart, and a splash of good sense.

❄️ Perishable Product Policy:

Due to the frozen and perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Once your goodies leave our cold chain, they’re on a one-way trip to deliciousness.

💸 Refunds or Replacements:

We’ll gladly replace or refund your order if:

  • Your product arrived damaged or defrosted
  • You received the wrong order
  • Your delivery was significantly delayed (beyond 7 working days) and resulted in product spoilage

To qualify, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Send us an email at info@nutrivita.co.za with:

  • A clear photo of the issue
  • Your order number
  • A short description of what went wrong

We’ll get back to you within 48 hours and make it right—because health and happiness are what we’re all about.
